AUBURN – Albert A. Carl, 80, formerly of Millbury, died Saturday, Feb. 19th in the Life Care Center of Auburn, after being stricken ill last Tuesday.
He leaves his wife, Norma M. (Snow) Carl; a son, Alan S. Carl of Northbridge; a daughter, Linda Josti and her husband, Daniel of Maine; a step-daughter, Lynn Leofanti and her husband, Joseph of Grafton; two grandchildren, Zackery and Kendall Leofanti; a brother, Eugene Carl and his wife Patricia, of Worcester; nephews and nieces. He was born in Millbury son of Harry and Virginia (Parriseau) Carl.
Mr. Carl was an electrical engineer for New England Power Company for 20 years and for the Raythreon Co. in Waltham for 10 years, before he retired.
Albert's calling hours are 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 22nd in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
