Alice Cora (Peloquin) Howard, 100, died with dignity and grace, Sunday, March 19, 2017, while in Florida.
Left to cherish her memory are daughter Phyllis Lojewski and husband Richard of Florida, son Edward A. Howard and wife Mary Jane of Worcester, six grandchildren Craig, Scot, Keith Lojewski and Cheryl Lizars of Florida, Kelvin Howard of Millbury, Korin Howard of Falmouth, seven great grandchildren, three great- great grandchildren, sister Doris Kurtyka of Linwood, nieces and nephews.
Alice was born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island to Adolphe M. and Alice Lescault Peloquin, and predeceased by Amos C. Howard her beloved husband of 51 years, brothers Louis, Leo and Raymond Peloquin, sister Lola Wassenar, grandson Russell Howard, great granddaughter Christina Howard.
Alice was raised in Linwood and lived in Millbury since 1938. She worked at Paul Revere and retired from Cincinnati Milacron of Worcester in 1982. She inspired all who knew her with her understanding heart, patience, strong faith and zest for life. Spending time with family, knitting, baking, reading, cheering on the Red Sox and Patriots were the things she most enjoyed. She was a member of the Millbury Federated Church and the Millbury Senior Center.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life at Millbury Federated Church, 20 Main St., Millbury, July 8th at 11 AM. Burial will be private.
