MILLBURY Anna K. (Kowal) Kasavich, 96, formerly of 4 Dorothy Landing, died Tuesday, Jan. 20th in Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center of Westborough.
Her husband, Jacob M. Kasavich died in 1997. She leaves a son, Eugene M. Kasavich of Millbury; a brother, Michael Kowal of Woonsocket, R.I.; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild; two nieces and a nephew. Her daughter, Sandra M. Pichierri predeceased her. She was born in Woonsocket, R.I., daughter of John and Mary (Zulonka) Kowal and has lived in Millbury for 43 years.
Mrs. Kasavich was a nurseTM)s aide at Worcester City Hospital and Belmont Hospital, in Worcester, retiring in 1972. She was a member of St. BrigidTM)s Church.
A private graveside service will be held in Central Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St is in charge of the arrangements.
