MILLBURY Annette P. (Cournoyer) Brady, 82, formerly of 95 Elm St., passed away peacefully Friday, Oct. 19th in Lutheran Home of Worcester.
She leaves two daughters, Cheryl Brady and her fiancee, Arthur Plasse of Worcester and Deborah S. wife of Richard Plante of Millbury; two sons, Douglas and his wife Jeannie Brady and Paul "Chris" Brady all of Millbury; six grandchildren, Jennifer LaRange of Holden, Michelle Remuck, Richard "JR" Plante, Christina Grenier, David Brady, and Matthew Santoro all of Millbury; ten great grandchildren; nephews and nieces. She was born in Fisherville section of Grafton and is predeceased by her parents, Arthur and Roseanna (Leclair) Cournoyer, two brothers, Henry and Arthur Cournoyer and a sister, Dorothy Brady.
Mrs. Brady lived in Millbury all of her life, graduating from Millbury High School in 1942. She worked at the former Svea Bakery in Millbury and Worcester for 20 years and was a secretary for the Town of MillburyTM)s Highway Department for 15 years, retiring in 1990. She was devoted to her children and grandchildren. Annette had a love for music and dance. She was an avid reader and enjoyed cooking, bingo and the Boston Red Sox. She will be forever loved and missed by all.
Her funeral will be held Tuesday, Oct. 23rd from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury, with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. BrigidTM)s Church, 59 Main St., Millbury. Burial will be in Central Cemetery, Millbury. Calling hours are 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22nd in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Mass. Chapter 311 Arsenal Street Watertown, MA 02472.
