Arthur Bouthillette, 81, died Thursday, August 21st after a brief illness in St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester.
Arthur's wife, Sandra M. (Altonen) Bouthillette died in 2008. He leaves three daughters, Paula A. Krumsiek and her husband, Anthony, Pamela A. Kosiba and her husband, Steve and Patricia M. Austin all of Millbury; a son, Peter A. Bouthillette and his wife, Linda of Millbury; seven grandchildren; four great grandsons; two sisters, Rita Germain of Oxford and Teresa Guerin of Auburn; one brother, Philip Bouthillette of Oxford; a close friend, Beverly Stockwell of Millbury; many nieces and nephews. Arthur is predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Cora (Robidoux) Bouthillette and a daughter, Marie; two brothers, Edward and Louis and a sister, Maria.
Arthur worked for Mass Electric for 37 years, retiring in 1995. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Arthur was a member of the Chester P. Tuttle Post 279 American Legion in Auburn. He enjoyed gardening, winters in Florida and especially spending time with his grandchildren.
Arthur's calling hours will be held on Monday, August 25th from 5 to 8 p.m. in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main Street in Millbury.
His funeral will be held on Tuesday, August 26th with a Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. in St. Brigid Church, 59 Main Street in Millbury. Burial will follow in St. Brigid Cemetery in Millbury. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
