HOLDEN - Astrid L. (Carlson) Nystrom Larson, 89, formerly of Shrewsbury St., Holden, died peacefully surrounded by her family, Wednesday, June 21st in Radius Health Care Center, Millbury.
Her 1st husband, Nils Nystrom died 1968 and her 2nd husband, Walter Larson died in 1986. She leaves a daughter, Joanne M. Nystrom of Millbury; a son, Paul N. Nystrom of Worcester; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Bernard and Maria (Anderson) Carlson.
Astrid was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Worcester and she loved gardening and cherished her moments spent together with her family .
Her funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 24th in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury. Burial will be in All Faith's Cemetery, Worcester. Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 23rd, in the funeral home.
