SUTTON – Barbara J. (Oliver) Commo, 77 died Saturday, April 12th in her home, after an illness.
Her husband, Edward J. Commo Jr. died last year. She leaves six children, David Bond and his wife, RoseAnn of Dudley, Andrew Bond and his wife Arlene Rosenberg of Whitinsville, Elizabeth Bain and her husband Edward of Linwood, John Bond and his wife Michelle of Charlton, Edward J. Commo III and his wife Linda of Mendon and Danielle Commo of Hypoluxo, FL; two brothers, Fred and Dick Oliver; many grandchildren; nieces and nephews. She was born in Ohio and is predeceased by her parents Charles and Betty (Beech) Oliver and three brothers, Chuck, Ned and Danny Oliver.
Barbara was an active member of St. Mark's Church in Sutton and was an artist and an avid card maker.
Barbara's funeral will be held Wednesday, April 16th from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury with a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. St. Mark's Church, 356 Boston Road in Sutton. Calling hours are 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 15th in the funeral home. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Care Center, Milford Regional Medical Center, C/O Dev. Office, 14 Prospect St., Milford, MA 01757.
