MILLBURY Bella (Witowski) Dobkowski, 89, 43 Hemlock Drive, died Tuesday, Feb. 3, in Radius HealthCare Center of Millbury, after a short illness.
Her husband, Walter Dobkowski died in 1965. She leaves two daughters Irene M. Hughes and son-in-law, Robert E. Hughes with whom she lived and Dorothy Markey of Citrus Springs, Fl.; two sons, Richard Dobkowski and his wife Judith of Auburn and Henry Dobkowski of Westborough; a sister-in-law, Margaret Witowski of Shrewsbury; grandchildren, Jodie Toll of Pasadana, Maryland and Stephen Hughes of Leicester; great-grandchildren, Spencer Toll and Madison Hughes; several nieces and nephews;. A grandchild, James Dobkowski, two brothers, Harry Witowski and Theodore Witowski and a sister Gladys Czajkowski predeceased her. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Antoni and Anna (Zaleski) Witowski and has lived in Sutton and Millbury since 1961.
Mrs. Dobkowski was a packer at the former Henry L. Hanson Co. of Worcester. She was a member of St. MarkTM)s Church in Sutton and a member of the AARP Bancroft Chapter, in Worcester.
Her funeral will be held Thursday, Feb. 5th from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. MarkTM)s Church, 356 Boston Rd., Sutton. Burial will be at St. John's Cemetery, Worcester. Calling hours are 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4th in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Millbury Adult Day Health Care, 10 Colonial Drive, Millbury, Mass. 01527.
