Bernice Kenary

Bernice R. (Daley) Kenary, 95, passed away Sunday, May 22nd after a brief illness in St. Vincent Hospital.

Her husband, Richard N. Kenary passed away in 2004. She leaves two daughters, Maura P. Barbato and her husband, Joseph of Sutton and Janet M. Dumas and her husband, Kenneth, with whom Bernice resided, of Millbury; two sons, John W. Kenary and his wife, Karen and Richard N. Kenary, Jr. and his wife, Michele of Millbury; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; a sister, Doris Carey of Portland, OR and two nieces. She is predeceased by her parents, William H and Lena (Little) Daley, a sister, Mary A. Daley and a brother, Raymond Daley.

Bernice enjoyed golfing, sewing, playing bridge and vacationing in Maine. She was a member of St. Brigid Church, St. Vincent's Hospital Alumni Nursing Association, St. Vincent's Hospital Catholic Nursing Association and a former member of Whitinsville Country Club.

Bernice's calling hours will be held on Wednesday, May 25th from 5 to 7 p.m. in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main Street in Millbury.

Her funeral will be held on Thursday, May 26th with a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Brigid Church, 59 Main Street in Millbury. Burial will be in St. Brigid Cemetery.
