MILLBURY – Beverly R. (Collette) Sheehan, 73, died Saturday, July 4th at home, surrounded by her family.
Her husband, James E. Sheehan died in 1982. She leaves her mother, Helen (Gilbert) Collette of Millbury; a daughter, Patricia M. Bickford of Worcester; three sons, Michael J. and his wife Gail Sheehan of Mascoutah, IL, Richard J. Sheehan of Millbury and Brian D. and his wife Donna Sheehan of Oxford; five grandchildren, Daniel, Eric, James and Victoria Sheehan and Paul Bickford; a great grandson, Jeremy Gosselin; two sisters, Shirley A. and her husband, John Huchowski and Evelyn M. Shepley both of Millbury; a brother, Albert and his wife, Doris Collette of Millbury; nephews and nieces. She was born in Millbury and is predeceased by her father, Albert Collette. Beverly was a waitress in many area restaurants for many years before she retired. She enjoyed bingo, going to the casino and watching her grandchildren play sports. She graduated from Millbury Memorial High School in 1953.
Her Funeral Mass will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday, July 7th in St. Brigid Church, 59 Main St. in Millbury. Burial will be in St. Brigid Cemetery, in Millbury. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the VNA Care Network, Inc. Development Office 120 Thomas Street Worcester, MA 01608-1280. Mulhane Home for Funerals in Millbury is assisting the family with arrangements.
