GRAPEVINE, TEXAS Bobby Joe McLain, Jr 55, of Grapevine, Texas, died Monday, April 3rd after being stricken ill at work in Texas.
He leaves his wife, Elaine (LaBelle) McLain; a brother, Pat McLain of
Irving, Texas and a niece, Alissa McCulloch of Wylie, Texas. He also
leaves his mother-in-law, Rosanna La Belle and sister-in-law Kathy Pelkey of Millbury, his brother-in-law Henry J. La Belle, Jr. and his wife Janice of Oxford and many nieces and nephews in Massachusetts. He is predeceased by his parents, Mary (Geneva) McLain and Bobby Joe McLain, Sr., and a sister-in-law, Linda Imbody. He was born in Haskell, Texas and lived in Grapevine, Texas most of his life.
Mr. McLain was a Cable Splicer for Verizon in Grapevine. He held a lifetime dual membership in the Irving and Lewisville Masonic Lodge in Texas and had a lifetime membership in the Communications Workers of America (CWA). Bobby Joe enjoyed relaxing, fishing and riding his Harley Davidson, with his brother.
His funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 8th in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury, MA. Burial will be in St. BrigidTM)s Cemetery, Millbury, MA. A calling hour will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday April 8th in the funeral home. Flowers may be sent or donations can be made to the Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, 2222 Welborn Street, Dallas, Texas 75219.
