Bridget Bodah

Bridget (Kearns) Bodah, 90, passed away on Saturday, July 16th surrounded by her loving family in Beaumont Rehabilitation and Nursing Center of Northbridge.

Bridget's husband, Walter P. Bodah passed away in 2011. She leaves a daughter, Elizabeth "Betsy" M. Cadorette and her husband John of Millbury; a son, David W. Bodah of Nevada; two grandchildren, Sarah Murray and her husband, Kevin and Jillian Cadorette and her husband, Gharam Han all of Millbury; four great grandchildren, Indigo, Calvin, Charlotte and Sam; a sister, Margaret Brosnan of Grafton; many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her son, Kenneth Bodah and three brothers, James, Michael and Patrick Kearns.

Bridget loved music and was a great dancer. She was very involved in the Irish community in her younger years and she loved traveling with Walter. Most of all Bridget enjoyed taking care of her family and will be remembered as a loving grandmother to all her grand and great grandchildren.

Bridget's calling hours will held on Tuesday, July 19th from 5 to 8 p.m. in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 N. Main Street in Millbury.

Her funeral will be held on Wednesday, July 20th with a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 1290 Grafton Street in Worcester. Burial will follow in St. Philip's Cemetery in Grafton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Vincent DePaul Society at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 1290 Grafton St. Worcester, MA 01604.
