Carolyn J. Dinsdale

MILLBURY - Carolyn June (Taylor) Dinsdale, 86, passed away peacefully in Worcester on December 19, 2024, surrounded by family. She was born in Worcester, MA. to Earl Taylor, Sr. and Mary Ann (Lawson) Taylor. 

Carolyn, also known as Lynn, had many talents. She had a ceramic studio, loved baking, crocheting, shopping, trips to Foxwoods, enjoyed fishing, and spending time with her family. She loved spoiling her dog Shadow and her grandchildren. She was passionate about animals, especially dogs. She had a warm, loving spirit and embraced everyone who came across her path. 

Lynn loved spending summers with the family at Old Orchard Beach in Maine. She was a den mother for the boy scouts and was in a bowling league for many years. Lynn worked for Heald Machine in Worcester, and the Big Y.

She leaves behind her beloved husband of 67 years, John William Dinsdale, her son Scott Dinsdale and his wife Holly, her daughter Cheryl Dinsdale and her partner Arturo Lopez, her grandchildren Daniesha Bailey and Gabriel Dinsdale, her great grandson Kayden Boateng, her twin sister Carol McCarthy, many nieces and nephews, and her beloved dog Shadow. 

She was predeceased by her brother Earl Taylor, Jr., her mother Mary Ann Taylor, her father Earl Taylor, Sr., and many beloved fur babies.

Family and friends are invited to remember and celebrate Carolyn’s life by gathering for a time of visitation on Saturday, January 4th from 2 to 4 p.m. in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 N. Main Street, Millbury MA 01527.
