Cathleen Firmin

Cathleen A. (Kelley) Firmin, 49, passed away Saturday, Oct. 29th in Rose Monahan Hospice Home surrounded by her loving family.

Cathy leaves her husband and life long friend, Bruce A. Firmin, Sr.; two daughters, Lynne M. Gillis and her husband, Shaun Gillis and Ashley A. Pottle all of Worcester; her grandson, Cameron Gillis; two step children, Bruce A. Firmin, Jr and Kaitlyn A. Firmin both of Millbury; her parents, Mark T. Kelley of Ashby and
Jacqueline S. (Clark) Powers of Marston Mills; her grandmother, Doris Clark of Worcester; four sisters, Christine F. Kelley and Beth A. Kelley both of Worcester, Jessica Powers of OR and Stephanie Powers of Marston Mills; her niece and goddaughter, Saige M. Peterson and her nephew, Benjamin R. Poirier; she also leaves many friends; her loving dog, Floyd and cat, Zappa.

Cathy loved the outdoors, working in the garden and going on motorcycle rides with her husband and their riding buddies. She loved making memories and spending time with all her family and friends. Cathy will be remembered by all who knew her for her smile, sense of humor and ability to make everyone laugh. She worked many years for Reliant Medical Group in Worcester.

Cathy's calling hours will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 1st from 5 to 8 p.m. in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 N. Main Street in Millbury. Her funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 2nd at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Central Cemetery.
