MILLBURY - Charles E. "Chuck" Stover III., 53, of 8 Ridgewood Dr., died Wednesday, May 14, in UMASS Memorial Medical Center, University Campus, Worcester.
He leaves his wife, Lynn A. (Rafferty) Stover; three sons, Matthew C. Stover, Steven J. and Scott R. Trottier all of Millbury; five grandchildren; nephews and nieces; his mother, Vivian (MacKay) Stover of Palm Bay, Florida; two sisters, Rosemary LeoFanti of Melbourne, Florida and Maueen Daulphanis of Marshall, Michigan. Two sons, Shawn C. Stover and Charles E. Stover IV predeceased him. He was born in Worcester, son of the late Charles E. Stover Jr. and has lived in Millbury 23 years. He graduated from Grafton High School in 1969.
Mr. Stover was a computer operator at Data General Corp. in Westboro until his illness. He was a Navy veteran during the Vietnam War. He was a volunteer at the Millbury Senior CenterTM)s Meals on Wheels program.
He was a member of St. MarkTM)s Church, the Corvette Club of America and the Dudley-Gendron American Legion Post in Sutton..
The funeral will be held Saturday, May 17, from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., (

) with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. BrigidTM)s Church, 59 Main St. Burial will be in Central Cemetery. Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 16, in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Friends of the Millbury Seniors, 1 River St., Millbury, Ma. 01527.
