Cynthia Morawski

SUTTON - Cynthia (North) Morawski, 68, passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2022.

She leaves her three children, and their spouses, and five grandchildren: Erica Morawski, and husband José Quevedo, and their sons Xavier and Xoan, of Sea Cliff, New York; Jonathan Morawski of Russell, Massachusetts; and James Morawski, and wife Katie Morawski, and their daughters Alexandra, Ava, and Zoey, of Millbury, Massachusetts. She is predeceased by her parents, James and Lois North, and her siblings, James North, Jr. and Nancy North.

Cindy grew up in Sea Cliff, New York but lived most of her adult life in Douglas, Massachusetts. She recently moved to Sutton, Massachusetts to fulfill her dream to live on a lake. She received her bachelor’s degree from St. Lawrence University and later earned her master’s degree in Library Science at the University of Rhode Island. She worked for many years at the Fitchburg Public library and loved her job.

Cindy truly lived every day to its fullest and loved to enjoy it with family and friends. She loved holidays and family traditions. She was an avid hiker and advocate for the environment. She loved gardening. She was also a passionate traveler and appreciated new experiences.

Cindy was an exceptional mother, a devoted grandmother, and a beloved friend to many. She was gone too soon and will be missed.
