MILLBURY Daniel Joseph Gilbert, 41, of Millbury, died Sunday, Jan. 8th in UMASS Memorial Medical Center, Memorial Campus, Worcester.
He leaves his parents, Daniel J. and Carol B. (Dunn) Gilbert; two sisters, Marcia A. Gilbert and Kerrie L. wife of Peter J.R. Weaver and a brother, Jeffrey M. and his wife Kim M. Gilbert all of Millbury; five nephews and nieces, Scott, Brian and Morgan Weaver and Abigail and Jacquelyn Gilbert. He was born in Worcester and lived in Millbury all his life.
He was a former machinist at the Felters. Co. in Millbury.
His funeral will be held Thursday, Jan. 12th from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury, with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. BrigidTM)s Church, 59 Main St. Burial will be in Central Cemetery, Millbury. Calling hours are 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 11th, in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Daniel Joseph Gilbert Memorial Scholarship Fund, in care of the Millbury Memorial High School, 12 Martin St., Millbury, MA 01527.
