MILLBURY i�½ David M. Jannery, 29, died Saturday, Sept. 18th from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident in Millbury.
He leaves his parents, Mark W. and Teresa J. i�½Terryi�½ (Gatto) Jannery, with whom he lived in Millbury; a sister, Shannon L. Raskett and her husband Scott W. of Worcester; a niece and Goddaughter, Madyson Raskett; his devoted girlfriend, Nydia Valdez and her daughter, Arianna; his maternal grandfather, Francis A. Gatto of Sutton; aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. He is predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Frances S. (Leclaire) Gatto, his paternal grandparents, Norman E. and Joan E. (Lamoureux) Jannery.
David was born and raised in Millbury. He was an Alumni of Millbury Memorial High School, class of 2000, where he played varsity soccer and basketball. David was employed by McCarthy Landscaping and formerly worked for Keystone Development both in West Boylston. David was a talented hardscaper who took pride in his workmanship.
He was an avid New England sports fan, especially, the Celtics and Patriots. He enjoyed fishing, bowling and playing basketball. He was so proud to be an uncle and Godfather. David enjoyed life and touched everyone he met with his contagious smile and laughter. David was the apple of his parenti�½s eyes and will be sorely missed and forever loved.
His funeral will be held Thursday, Sept. 23rd from in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury, with a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Brigid Church, 59 Main St. Millbury. Burial will be in West Millbury Cemetery in Millbury. Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept 22nd in the funeral home.
