WORCESTER – Doris L. (Stockhaus) Frankian, 82, formerly of Tatman St., died Friday, April 1st in the Lydia Taft House in Uxbridge.
Her husband, Michael Frankian died in 2007. Doris leaves a son, Mark R. Frankian and his wife Patricia of Millbury; a daughter, Lynne M. Bonasia and her husband Michael of South Yarmouth; two grandchildren, Katelyn and Julie Frankian of Millbury; two brother-in-laws, Jacob Frankian and George Frankian and his wife, Mary all of Worcester; a sister-in-law, Alice Frankian of Worcester; several nieces and nephews. She was born in Worcester and is predeceased by her parents, Gustaf and Eva (Erickson) Stockhaus and a brother, Russell Stockhaus.
Doris was a 50 year member of the Quinsigamond United Methodist Church.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Lydia Taft House in Uxbridge and Evercare Hospice and Palliative Care in Waltham for their care and compassion while they were caring for their mother.
A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, April 4th in All Faiths Cemetery, 7 Island Rd., Worcester. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:30 a.m. following the graveside service on Monday in the Quinsigamond United Methodist Church, 9 Stebbins St., Worcester. There are no calling hours. Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury will be assisting the family with the arrangements. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Quinsigamond United Methodist Church, 9 Stebbins St., Worcester, MA, 01607.
