WORCESTER - Dorothy K. Davis, 78, formerly of Fairfax Rd. in Worcester, died Saturday, April 19, in SunBridge Care and Rehabilitation, in Millbury.
She leaves several cousins. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Alton and Evelyn (Kenney) Davis and lived in Worcester most of her life. She graduated from the former Commerce High School.
Miss Davis was a secretary at U.S. Steel Company in Worcester for 32 years, retiring in 1980.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Church and was a 25 year volunteer at St. Vincent Hospital.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, April 25, in St. Brigids Church, 59 Main St.., Millbury. Burial will be private in Forestvale Cemetery in Hudson. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity. Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., ( www.mulhane.com .) is in charge of the arrangements.
