MILLBURY – Dorothy A. (Calcagni) Ducharme, 81, of Millbury, died Sunday, March 30th in St. Vincent Hospital, Worcester.
She leaves her husband of 58 years, Albert E. Ducharme; a daughter, Cheryl A. Ducharme of Millbury; two sons, Jeffrey R. Ducharme of Oxford and Stephen M. Ducharme and his wife, Paula of Sutton; four granddaughters; nephews and nieces.
She was born April 27th 1926 in Worcester, daughter of Rocco and Clementine Calcagni.
Mrs. Ducharme graduated from the former Commerce High School in Worcester. Dorothy loved spending time with her family, cooking, shopping and playing cards. She was a caring mother and a devoted wife who brought honesty, love and humor to every situation. She will be deeply missed.
Dorothy's funeral will be held Wednesday, April 2nd from the Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury, with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Brigid's Church, 59 Main St. in Millbury. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery in Worcester. Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 1st in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital P.O. Box 50 Memphis, TN 38101.
