MILLBURY - Dorothy T. (Tebo) Iwaniec Shonbeck, 73, of 95 Elm St., formerly of 7 Captain Peter Simpson Rd., died Tuesday, Aug. 28, in St. Vincent Hospital, at the Worcester Medical Center, after a long illness.
Her husband, Robert W. Shonbeck died in 1994. Her first husband, George Iwaniec, died in 1968. She leaves a daughter, Doreen E. Letiecq of Millbury; two sons, Dana Shonbeck of Somerville and Scott Shonbeck of Houston, Texas; three grandchildren; nephews and nieces. She is predeceased by five brothers, Leon Tebo, Harry Tebo, William Tebo, Clarence Tebo and Henry Tebo and a sister, Beatrice McKee. She was born in Northbridge, daughter of Leon and Blanche (SanSouci) and has lived in Millbury for 27 years.
Mrs. Shonbeck was a member of St. BrigidTM)s Church and was a former Girl Scout Leader in Auburn.
The funeral will be held Friday, Aug. 31 from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury, with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Brigids Church, 59 Main St. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery, Worcester.
