Edith L. (Murray) Watkins, 95, died Wednesday, May 9, 2012 in Beaumont Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Northbridge.
She leaves her husband of 72 years, David H. Watkins; a son, Robert and his wife, Colleen; a daughter, Linda Taft; seven grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; two sisters, Muriel Downer and Shirley Downer; nieces and nephew. She is predeceased by her parents, Alonzo E. and Fannie E. (Ward) Murray, and three brothers.
Edith was a member of the Millbury Baptist Church.
Edith's funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 12th in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury, Rev. Clifford Barlow will officiate at the service. There are no calling hours and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Salmon Hospice Care, 42 Beaumont Dr., Northbridge, MA 01534.
