SUTTON - Edmund V. Dona, 98, formerly of Burbank Road, died Saturday, Feb. 22, in Radius HealthCare Center in Millbury.
His former wife, Leona (Cazeault) Dona died in 1997. He leaves a son, Raymond D. Dona of Berlin; a daughter, Florence G. Goodrich of Shrewsbury; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; nephews and nieces. A brother and five sisters, predeceased him. He was born in Sutton, son of Victor and Octave (Lavallee) Dona and he lived in Sutton most of his life.
Mr. Dona owned and operated a dairy farm in Sutton for many years. He was a also a Sutton School Bus Contractor for 25 years and an accomplished horseman..
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, in St. Brigids Cemetery, Waters St., Millbury. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity. Mulhane Home for Funerals 45 Main St., Millbury ( www.mulhane.com ) is in charge of the arrangements.
