Eileen George

Eileen B. (Calcagni) George, 90, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 14th in her home surrounded by her loving family.

Eileen's husband, Earl P. George, Sr. passed away in 2005. She leaves five daughters, Kathleen A. Rasmussen of Millbury, Sharon Coyle of Thompson, CT, Earline G. Monahan of VT, Colleen George of North Oxford and Kelly A. George of Millbury; three sons, Earl P. George, Jr. of Millbury, Shannon R. George Worcester and Shane R. George of Putnam, CT; nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by three brothers and two sisters.

Eileen has traveled to Korea, Aruba, Bangladesh, the Islands, Brazil, Europe, South America, Canada, Alaska and Haifax. She has traveled extensively all throughout the United States. She went forth preaching God's word to everyone through Priest Retreats, Lay Retreats, Parish Missions and Day of Healing.
The people Eileen ministered have had life changing experiences - never to be the same again.

May her life and words instill in our hearts, the depth of the Father's love for each of us, as if we were the only one in the world.

Eileen's calling hours will be held on Friday, May 19th from 4 to 8 p.m. at Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 N. Main Street in Millbury.

Her Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 20th at 10 a.m. in St. John's Catholic Church, 44 Temple Street, Worcester. Burial will be private.
