MILLBURY Eva (Mongeon) Hunt LaHair, 82, formerly of Millbury, passed away peacefully on Friday afternoon while surrounded by family.
Her husband, John Lahair, died in 2006. She leaves two sons, Ronald Hunt of Webster and Frederick Hunt of Millbury; three daughters, Alice Nason of Grafton, Johann Tibbetts of Worcester and Isabell Hawkins of Ohio; two brothers, Emil L. Mongeon of Tenn., and Roland R. Mongeon of Kansas City, Mo.; two sisters, Irene G. Donnelly and Jeannette Linder, both of Millbury; 18 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and five great -great grandchildren. Eva was a former C.N.A and enjoyed spending her time knitting, playing Bingo, and playing cards.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 12th in Central Cemetery in Millbury. In lieu of flowers, donations in EvaTM)s memory can be made to Metro-West Caribbean Missions, PO Box 229, Ashland, MA 01721. Mulhane Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
