MILLBURY - Evelyn H. (Charpentier) Blanchard, 77, of 105 Grafton St., died Friday, June 27, in Brigham Hill Nursing Center, Grafton, after a long illness.
Her husband, George C. Blanchard, died in 1993. She leaves a daughter, Sheila A. Stokowski of Millbury; a sister, Elaine Laukaitis of Worcester; a granddaughter, Kristen Stokowski of Millbury; nephews and nieces. A brother, William Charpentier predeceased her. She was born in Millbury, daughter of William and Hazel (Hart) Charpentier and has lived in Millbury most of her life.
A private graveside service will be held in St. BrigidTM)s Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 main St., ( www.mulhane.com ) is in charge of the arrangements.
