WOR ESTER – Evelyn R. Lareau, 84, died Wednesday, Sept. 22nd in her home, after an illness.
She leaves a sister, Nancy Laviers of California; a brother, Putnam P. Jones of Charlton;
several nieces and nephews. She was born in Milford and is predeceased by her parents, Wendell and Vina (Tranter) Jones and two sisters, Alice Ducharme and Pearl Vota.
Mrs. Lareau worked for many years at Davy Handbag in Worcester, before she retired.
A private graveside service will be held in Central Cemetery in Millbury. Mulhane Home for Funerals, in Millbury is assisting the family with the arrangements.
