SUTTON Florina I. "Winnie" (Gendron) Morris, 86, formerly of 5 Church St., died Wednesday, Sept. 13th surrounded by her family.
Her husband, Joseph C. Morris predeceased her in 1996. She leaves a daughter, Bonnie M. wife of James F. Ahern of Sutton; three grandchildren, Lori L. Gaudette and Michael J. Ahern both of Sutton and James P. Ahern of New York City and her best friend Layla. She is predeceased by her parents Henry L. and Angelina (Bergeron) Gendron; a daughter, Jo-Ann Morris; an infant son; four sisters and two brothers.
Mrs. Morris was a secretary for the former Buckley Heating Co. in Auburn before she retired. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, knitting, reading and vacationing in Marco Island, FL.
Her funeral will be held Monday Sept. 18th from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury, with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. BrigidTM)s Church, 59 Main St., Millbury. Burial will be in Cherry Valley Cemetery, Leicester. Calling hours are 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 17th in the funeral home.
