NORTH GRAFTON Francis J. Coleman, 80, of 179 Worcester St., died Sunday, Dec. 7th in St. Vincent Hospital, Worcester.
He leaves his wife, Marie A. (LTM)Esperance) Coleman; a son, James F. Coleman of Sandwich; a daughter, Dianne M. wife of Philip J. Naumiec of Millbury; four brothers, William P. Coleman of Grafton, Donald J. Coleman of Mt. Pleasant, S.C., Robert L. Coleman of Worcester and Raymond V. Coleman of West Boylston; three grandchildren, Tara, Heather and Michael Coleman; nephews and nieces. He was born in Worcester, son of Michael J. and Helen T. (Shea) Coleman and has lived in North Grafton for 48 years.
Mr. Coleman was an auditor for the Federal Milk Marketing Administration in Worcester for 35 years, retiring in 1985. He was a Navy veteran during WW II and Korea.
He was a member of St. MaryTM)s Church and was a former member of the Grafton School Committee. He was an avid historian.
His funeral will be held Thursday Dec. 11th from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury, with a Mass at 11 a.m. in St. MaryTM)s Church, 17 Waterville St., North Grafton Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery. Calling hours are 8:30 to 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 11th, in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Activity fund of Radius Health Care of Millbury, 29 Main St., Millbury, Ma. 01527.
