Francis A. Couture

Millbury, MA – Francis A Couture, 79, passed away peacefully on Tuesday February 25 at UMass Memorial.

Fran leaves 4 Children Joanne and her husband Charles Burke, Brenda and her husband Gary Labreck all of Millbury. Steven and his wife Cheri of Florida, Michael and his wife Dreama of Virginia. His former wife Jeannette Leboeuf Couture of Virginia. He also leaves 5 grandchildren Sean, Samantha, Collin, Logan and Gabbrielle.

He leaves a sister Barbara wife of Denis Cater of Virginia, a brother Robert Budreau of Florida. He is preceded in death by a brother Roland Couture, two sisters Marie Kosiba and Arlene Guiou.

He was born March 4, 1945 to parents Albert Couture and Delvena Theberge Couture. Fran was also known as “Cooch” to many friends and family. He was a carpenter for many years. He loved his time in Vermont hunting with his family and extended family. He also enjoyed our many camping trips with family and friends. He was an avid sports fan.

There will be a Celebration of Life on March 22nd at the Chester Tuttle Post, 88 Bancroft Street in Auburn from 11 am to 4 pm.
