MILLBURY Francis J. Hamilton, 80 of 4 Juniper Drive, died Tuesday, Dec. 21st in St. Vincent Hospital, Worcester.
He leaves his wife of 40 years, Helen M. (Flynn) Hamilton; a daughter, Marie Guillory of Millbury; nephews and nieces. He is predeceased by his first wife, Eleanor (Keenan) Hamilton, a sister, Dorothy Army. He was born in Millbury, son of James and Phoebe (Devoe) Hamilton and has lived here all his life.
Mr. Hamilton was a superintendent at Lincoln Precision Machining Company in Grafton for 40 years, retiring in 1987. He was a Navy veteran during WW II., serving on a submarine tender in Australia.
He was a member of St. BrigidTM)s Church and the Devoe-Taylor American Legion Post in Millbury.
His funeral will be held Monday, Dec. 27th from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury, with a Mass at 1 p.m. in St. BrigidTM)s Church, 59 main St., Millbury. Burial will be in St. BrigidTM)s Cemetery. Calling hours are 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 26th, in the funeral home.
