Francis R. Kaczynski

MILLBURY- Francis R. Kaczynski, (also known by Frank Casey) 82, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 19th surrounded by his loving family.

Francis’s wife of 46 years, Mary Jane (Scannell) Kaczynski passed away in 2014.  He leaves three children, Michael F. Kaczynski and his wife Kathleen of Millbury, Ann Marie DiNoia and her husband Leonard of Harwich and Mark Evans of Memphis TN; four grandchildren Jaclyn DiNoia of Harwich, Payton Wardwell and her husband Ryan of Hudson, Lawrence DiNoia of South Dennis, Madison Bruegger and her companion Quentin Dishaw of Worcester and two Great granddaughters Harper and Murphy Wardwell of Hudson. He also leaves two sisters Judith Poplawski and Mary-Anne Posenau and their families. A brother Thomas who predeceased him.  Francis’s family would like to extend a special consideration and thanks for his longtime friend and “flea market” buddy Timothy Lemoine of Millbury.

Francis was the owner and proprietor of Frank Casey’s Metal Stitching. He was a well-known craftsman in his field, a wizard in the trade. He leaves behind a legacy of hard work and determination.  Francis proudly served our country in the United States Navy. 

Family and friends will honor and remember Francis’s life by gathering on Wednesday December 27th from 5-8 p.m. at Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 N. Main Street Millbury. His funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 28th at 10 a.m. at St. Bridgid Church, 59. N. Main Street in Millbury. Burial will follow in Central Cemetery, Millbury.
