WORCESTER Francis J. Morris, 74, of 1050 Main St., formerly of Millbury, died Tuesday, March 30th in UMASS Memorial Medical Center, University Campus.
He leaves his wife, Gloria I. (Fielding) Morris; a daughter, Ravyn A. Steele of Fall River; three bothers, Robert, Leo and Walter Gouin of Woonsocket, R.I.; a sister Gadys McGourty of Blackstone. He was born in Woonsocket, R.I. son of Charles and Lillian (Benwar) Morris.
Mr. Morris was a truck driver and worked at W.W. Windle Co. in Millbury for many years before he retired. He was a former member and alter server at Our Lady of the Assumption Church in Millbury. He was an Army veteran during the Korean War.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 3rd in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury. Burial will be private in the Veterans National Cemetery, Bourne. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Massachusetts Veterans, Inc. 69 Grove St., Worcester, Ma. 01605.
