MILLBURY Francis J. Stone, 65, of 140 West Main St., died Monday, May 23rd in St. Vincent Hospital, Worcester.
He leaves his wife, Vivian E. (Sauvageau) Stone; a daughter, Elizabeth A. Carrignant of Millbury; a son, Bradford J. Stone of Millbury; two grandchildren; a nephew and a niece. He was born in Ware, son of George W. and Margaret (Bartholomew) Stone. He is predeceased by a brother, George Stone and a sister Mary Meader.
Mr. Stone worked for the Ness Corp. for 17 years, retiring in 1992 due to illness. He previously worked at the L Hardy Knife Co, in Worcester for 20 years. He was a Marine veteran. His interests were classic movies.
Memorial calling hours will be held 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday May 28th in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury. Burial will be in private. Memorial contributions may be made to the Arthritis Foundation, 29 Craft St., Suite 450, Newton, MA 02458.
