Gary Bousquet

MILLBURY - Gary D. Bousquet, 66, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 17th after being stricken ill at home.

Gary leaves his wife Joanne Jalbert of Southbridge; his mother, Elaine Bousquet; a brother Jack Bousquet and his wife Nancy; a sister, Jill Carter and her husband Bob Carter; a brother-in-law, Jack Speight; several nieces and nephews including his god child, Leeann Speight; his dog, Francis.  He is predeceased by his father Chandler Bousquet, his sister Gayle Speight and his brother Chandler Bousquet Jr..

Gary worked for Casa Builders for many years and was a member of Labors Union Local 243.  He was a 1975 graduate of Millbury High School and a 1976 graduate of Bridgeton Academy.

Gary was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp and was the 1972 Golden Gloves Champion at Ionic Ave Boys Club. He loved the New England Patriots, hiking with his dog Francis and visiting family and friends.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Gary’s life by attending his Funeral Mass on Thursday, Sept. 22nd at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 12 Waters Street in Millbury.  Burial will be private.
