MILLBURY Geraldine C. (Downey) Kleiza, 82, of 10 Upton St., died Saturday, June 26th in her home, after being stricken ill.
Her husband of 52 years, Charles G. Kleiza Jr. died in 1993. She leaves a son, Charles G. Kleiza III of Oxford; a daughter, Geraldine C. Casey of Millbury; a sister, Pauline Lillie of Millbury; five grandchildren; several great-grandchildren. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Thomas and Brigid (Burke) Downey and has lived here 54 years.
Mrs. Kleiza was a member of St. BrigidTM)s Church, the Dorothy Pond Mothers Club and Millbury Council on Aging. She enjoyed bingo playing and traveling.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday June 30th from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. BrigidTM)s Church, 59 Main St., Millbury Burial will be in St. BrigidTM)s Cemetery. Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 29th, in the funeral home. .
