MILLBURY Gertrude H. (Pickett) Lebel, 86, formerly of Riverlin St. and 95 Elm St., died Monday, June 13th in Radius Health Care Center.
Mrs. LebelTM)s husband, Lawrence W. Lebel died in 1994. She leaves a son, William J. Lebel Sr. and his wife Joyce of Millbury; a brother, Thomas F. Pickett of Millbury; two sisters, Louise Murphy and Alice Lucier both of Millbury; six grandchildren, Cynthia Foley, William Lebel Jr., Kevin Lebel, Amy Lebel, Janet Lebel, and Jean Jackman; eight great-grandchildren; nephews and nieces. She was born in Worcester and is predeceased by her parents, Thomas R. and Emeline S. (Phinney) Pickett, a brother, George Pickett, four sisters, Doris Watts, Myrna Stewart, Frances Lucier and Esther VanDerply and two grandchildren, Daniel L. and Jeffrey D. Lebel, She has lived in Millbury since 1922 and was a member of the Millbury Baptist Church.
Her funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 15th in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury. Burial will be in Central Cemetery, Millbury. A calling hour will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 15 in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donorTM)s choice.
