Glenn P. Army, 55, died Wednesday, January 16, 2013 in St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester, after being stricken ill at home.
He leaves a sister, Ann C. King and her husband, Richard E. King III of North Grosvenordale, CT; his long-time companion, Linda Chisholm and her daughter, Jennifer and her daughter, Makenzie all of Auburn, with whom he lived; two aunts, Carol Josephson and her husband, Albert of Shrewsbury and Belva Sagarian and her husband John of Auburn, with whom he spent much time; two nephews and four nieces; great nieces and great nephews. He was born in Worcester and is predeceased by his parents, Arthur E. and Virginia E. "Ginny" (Benson) Army and a brother, Larry J. Army.
Glenn worked at Automatic Rolls in Dayville, CT for 20 years and was a member of Local 53 BCT. He graduated from Millbury Memorial High School in 1977 and was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and enjoyed camping and drag racing.
Glenn's funeral will be held Monday, Jan. 21st from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St in Millbury, with a Mass at 11 a.m. in St. Brigid Church, 59 Main St. in Millbury. Burial will be in Central Cemetery in Millbury. Calling hours are 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 20th in the funeral home.
