MILLBURY – Helen M. (Butler) Lemmon, 73, died Tuesday, May 11th in St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester.
She is predeceased by her first husband, Gorege H. Laythe Sr. and her second husband, John H. Lemmon. She leaves her son, George H. Laythe Jr. of Oxford; two daughters, Karen D. Hennessey of Millbury and Robin Hawes of Oxford; twelve grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; nephews and nieces. She was born in Oxford, daughter of Carl and Mary (Green) Butler.
Helen worked at Joseph Levett's for 11 years prior to being a floral designer at several area floral establishments. She enjoyed camping.
A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, May 15th in Central Cemetery in Millbury. Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 14th in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury.
