MILLBURY Helme M. (Josephson) Salois, 92, of 95 Elm St., died Thursday, Dec. 14th in UMASS Memorial Medical Center, Worcester.
Her husband, Leo P. Salois died in 1969. She leaves two daughters, Bertha A. Eaton and Cecile E. Hicks both of Sutton; three grandchildren; 4 great-grandsons; a sister, Linea Loiselle of Auburn; a nephew. She is predeceased by four children, Paul, Peter, Francis and Linda Salois and a sister, Ellen Tellifer. She was born in Worcester and raised in Sutton, daughter of John and Ida (Frost) Josephson and has lived in Millbury since 1934.
Mrs. Salois worked at the former Smith Nursing Home as a Nurses Aide, before she retired. She organized many trips for seniors at the Millbury Housing Authority.
At Mrs. SaloisTM) request, there will be a graveside service at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 16th in Central Cemetery, West St., Millbury and there are no calling hours. Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. Millbury is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be made to the Friends of the Asa Waters Mansion, 123 Elm St., Millbury, MA 01527.
