MILLBURY – Henry L. Allard, Jr., 59, died Friday Feb. 2nd at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester.
He leaves his wife, Deborah (Garriepy) Allard; his mother, Irene (Atchue) Allard of Millbury; two children, his son Hank Allard and his wife, Tiffany of Auburn and a daughter Jen (Allard) Boucher and her husband, Ryan of Millbury; four grandchildren, Nina, Daniel, Dylan and Jake; two sisters, Irene Valerio and Theresa (Allard) Garriepy, and her husband, Donald. He also leaves many aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends behind. He is predeceased by his father, Henry L. Allard, and a sister, Susan (Allard) Casey.
Henry worked as a truck driver for many years at County Heat Treat in Millbury. He joined Saltus Press for a couple of years, before retiring. He enjoyed spending quality time with his family and grandchildren. Henry spent 16 years doing what he loved with Distant Thunder. His passions were hunting, shooting, beach trips, and most of all riding his motorcycle wherever the road led. He loved to party, with his famous last words "Just One More!" He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Family and friends will honor and remember Henry’s life by gathering for calling hours on Thursday, Feb. 8th from 5 to 8 p.m. at Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 N. Main St. in Millbury. Celebration of Life TBD. Family respectfully request that flowers be omitted.
