MILLBURY - Hilda (Kramer) Howe, 96, passed on peacefully at the Millbury Health Care Center on March 22, 2015. Born in 1918, she grew up with her parents and siblings in Leominster. She and her husband moved to Millbury in 1941.
Hilda was predeceased by her two brothers, Frank and Oscar Kramer, and by her husband, Ernest "Milt" Howe, in 1994. She leaves her sister, Erna Lacomb of Reno, NV; her sister-in-law, Theresa Kramer of FL; three daughters, Judy O'Connor of NY, Barbara King and her husband, Charles of FL and Carol Snelling and her husband, Ronald of Millbury; three granddaughters, Cindy Kimple and her husband, Mark of Millbury, Cristy Silun and her husband, Scott of Auburn, and Carrie O'Brien of Millbury; two grandsons, Scott of Lake Katrine, NY and Todd of Mashpee; six great-grandsons, Thomas, Christopher, Devin, David, Kyle and Kory, and one great-great-grandson, Darren and several nieces and nephews.
Friends and relatives are invited to a time of visitation with the family at Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main Street in Millbury on Saturday, March 28th from 5 to 7 p.m., followed by a short service and celebration of Hilda's life at 7:00 pm. Burial will be private for family only at a future date. Those wishing to do so may send a contribution to the Alzheimer's Association in Hilda's memory.
