MILLBURY – Irene G. (Quarelli) Louis, 88, died Friday April 6, 2012 in the Millbury Health Care Center.
Her husband, William W. Louis died in 2005. She leaves four children, Barbara I. Roy and her husband, Robert, Ronald W. Louis and his wife, Janice, Marcia J. Landry and her husband, Richard all of Millbury and Brian P. Louis and his wife, Pamela of Daytona Beach, FL; nine grandchildren, Eric, Amy, Kristin, Katie, Christine, Derek, Adam, Andrew, and Cody and two great-granddaughters, Elizabeth and Jessika; many nieces and nephews. She was born in Worcester and is predeceased by her parents, John G. and Gladys (Murray) Quarelli and three sisters, Doris Mathieu, Gloria Hedstrom and June Russo.
Mrs. Louis was employed by the town of Millbury as a crossing guard for 31 years, before she retired.
Irene's funeral will be held Tuesday, April 10th from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury with a Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. in St. Brigid Church, 59 Main St. in Millbury. Burial will be in St. Brigid Cemetery. A calling hour will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. Tuesday prior to the Funeral Mass, in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Activity Fund of the Millbury Health Care Center, 312 Millbury Ave., Millbury, MA 01527
