James "Jim" P. Sullivan, 54, died Thursday, May 22nd after a courageous battle with diabetes. He was surrounded by his loving family.
Jim was born to the late Robert and Mary (Hehir) Sullivan in Worcester. He graduated from North High School in 1978. Jim was a member of the United States Army Reserves as an M.P. He worked several years at General Motors in Framingham. Jim finished his career as a member of the Roofers Union Local 33 and waterproofing roofs for Titian Roofing Company. He had to retire due to his illness.
Jim leaves his loving children, Jennifer Latulippe of Worcester and Daniel Sullivan of Southbridge; two grandchildren, Joshua and Michaella; three brothers, David and his wife, Marybeth of Millbury, Robert and his wife, Dorothy of Sutton and John and his wife, Tammy of Dumbarton, NH; three sisters, Carol Ann Sullivan of Wales, Doreen Eiser and her husband, Kurt of Oceanside, CA and Patricia Craig and her husband, Gerry of Millbury; many nieces and nephews. Jim is predeceased by his brothers, Michael and Timothy Sullivan.
Jim's funeral will be held on Friday, May 30th with a Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. in St. Brigid Church, 59 Main Street in Millbury. Burial will be private. There are no calling hours.
