Janet Dunlop

WORCESTER – Janet G. (Picard) Dunlop, 77, passed away surrounded by her family on Thursday, May 3rd after a brief illness.

Janet leaves her three children, Marianne Messer of Holden, Tracey Vokey and her husband, Buddy of Lynn and Joseph Croteau and his wife, Deborah of Auburn; five grandchildren, Hannah, Haley, Jake, Tyler and Sydney; one great grandchild, Tehya Mai; her sister, Marie Marin; many nieces and nephews.  Janet is predeceased by her husband, Ernest “Ernie” Dunlop.

Janet worked for many area supermarkets throughout her life.  She loved trips to the casino, playing cards and trips to Maine and Cape Cod with her friends.

Family and friends will honor and remember Janet’s life by gathering for calling hours on Wednesday, May 16th from 5 to 8 p.m. in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 N. Main Street, Millbury.

Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, May 17th at 10 a.m. in St. Brigid Church, 59 N. Main Street in Millbury.  Burial will be private.
