MILLBURY/STURBRIDGE Janet M. (Muzzey) Parsekian, 62, died Sunday, Dec. 19th in the Millbury Health Care Center in Millbury, after a long battle with cancer.
She leaves two children, John R. Parsekian and his wife, Amy of Sutton and Jennifer L. Turner-Parsekian of Millbury; two grandchildren, Michael J. Parsekian and Joshua J. Parsekian; her former husband, John P. Parsekian of Millbury; two brothers, Earl C. Wagner and his wife, Patricia of Milford and Herbert W. Wagner and his wife, Connie of Dudley; three sisters, Dorothy M. Borassa of Charlton, Gail M. Davis and her husband, Philip of Oxford and Carol A. Cyr and her husband, Thomas of Webster; nephews and nieces. She was born in Worcester, and predeceased by her parents, Earl C. Wagner Sr. and Loretta (Muzzey) Wagner, formerly of Holden and a brother, Wayne H. Wagner.
Janet was a Registered Nurse and Nurse Manager at the Lutheran Home in Worcester where she worked for 20 years. Her true loves in life were her grandchildren and flowers.
Janet's funeral will be held Thursday, Dec. 23rd from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Brigid Church, 59 Main St. in Millbury. Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 22nd in the funeral home. Burial will be in Central Cemetery in Millbury.
