MILLBURY Jay R Brimmer, 45, of 7 Torrey Lane, died Thursday, Oct. 28th in the University of Pittsburg Medical Center, after an illness.
He leaves his wife, Romona L. (Manzo) Brimmer; a daughter, Jacquelyn R. Brimmer and a son, Jayson R. Brimmer both of Millbury; sister and brothers, among which are Debbie Card, Donna Parker, Sandi Fiorelli and William Brimmer; many nephews, nieces and cousins. He also leaves his wifeTM)s family, who were very important to him. He was born in Springfield and is predeceased by his mother, Barbara (Burnett) Brimmer and by his parents, Leo and Rita Lamoureux. He graduated from Ware High School.
Mr. Brimmer was a telephone technician at Dukane in Westborough and left due to illness. He previously worked at American Tele-Connect in Rhode Island. He served in the U.S. Army.
He was a member of St. BrigidTM)s Church.
His funeral will be held Monday, Nov. 1st from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury, with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. BrigidTM)s Church, 59 Main St., Millbury. Burial will be in St. BrigidTM)s Cemetery, Millbury. Calling hours will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday Oct. 31st in the funeral home.
