SUTTON Jean Flynn, 77, of 3 Sovereign Heights, died Monday, April 30th in St. Vincent Hospital, Worcester, after being stricken ill at home.
She leaves a brother, William B. Flynn Jr. and his wife, Priscilla of Nashua, NH; a niece, Meghan E. Flynn and a nephew, Alexander B. Flynn both of Nashua, NH; three cousins, Mary Doherty of Arlington, MA, Martha wife of Tony Roe of San Diego, CA and Timothy Doherty & family of Nashua, NH. She was born in Boston, daughter of William B. Flynn Sr. and Elizabeth (Caplis) Flynn.
Jean was an Administrative Coordinator for the Physics Department at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where she worked for 38 years, retiring in 1992.
Her funeral will be held Saturday, May 5th from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St., Millbury, with a Mass at 11:30 a.m. in St. MarkTM)s Church, 356 Boston Rd., Sutton. Burial will be in Howard Cemetery, Sutton. A calling hour will be 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the funeral, in the funeral home.
