MILLBURY – Jean P. (Perry) Jennings, 81 , died peacefully Monday, March 14th in UMASS Memorial Medical Center in Worcester.
Her first husband, Ernest Burke died 1975 and her second husband, Harry Jennings Sr. died in 1998. She leaves three children, Cynthia J. Devoe and her husband, John, Lesley A. Girouard and Stephen E. Burke all of Millbury; five grandchildren; one great granddaughter; a sister, Nancy Rivers of Grafton; a brother, Daniel Perry of New York; nieces and nephews. She was born in Northbridge and is predeceased by her parents, Edmond and Emma (Brown) Perry and a sister, Florence Russell.
Jean worked on the family farm in West Millbury for many years, where she enjoyed raising Arabian horses. She loved golfing, boating and her home in Naples Florida.
Private burial will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Multiple Sclerosis Society, New England Chapter, 101A 1st Ave., Suite #6, Waltham, Ma 02451. Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main St. in Millbury will be assisting the family with the arrangements.
